Based in Mbale, Uganda Roberta Scarbro Missions (RSM) primarily serves Uganda with visits to other East Africa countries and beyond as God leads.

At the age of twelve Roberta Scarbro felt the call to be a missionary. While she pursued other areas of ministry throughout the years the dream was still buried deep within. Attending a wedding she had what she calls a “divine encounter”. Conversation with the person sitting next to her resulted in an invitation to visit Uganda. Upon her arrival it was love at first sight! The vision for RSM was birthed!

RSM supports the empowerment of the local church as well as the people and community it serves. Our goal is to help “equip” for the purposes God has for them (Ephesians 4:12) through both practical projects and preaching/teaching venues. Some areas of focus will be spiritual life, family life, community life, and pastoral care.
